1. Eligibility

This website is accessible to people of all ages, but Isaac Becerra provides tattoo services only to individuals who are 18 years or older.

2. Services Offered

Becerra Tattoos offers tattoo services, and this website serves as a platform to showcase Isaac Becerra’s work, provide information about his work location, client testimonials, frequently asked questions, contact details, and a booking form.

3. Booking and Appointments

To book an appointment, users must fill out the booking form completely. Isaac will contact the client within a week to schedule an appointment. A nonrefundable deposit of $60-$100 is required to secure the appointment. If a client cancels, they forfeit their deposit. Rescheduling is allowed within 48 hours of the original tattoo date, but failure to do so results in forfeiting the deposit. Isaac’s hourly rate is subject to change.

4. Payments

Except for the deposit, all payments towards the tattoo must be made in cash. The payment link is not integrated into this website, and Isaac uses Stripe to send deposit links.

5. Intellectual Property

This website is the intellectual property of Becerra Tattoos and cannot be used without permission.

6. Privacy Policy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on cookies and tracking.

7. Liability and Health Issues

Becerra Tattoos is not liable for errors or inaccuracies on the website. Clients may experience adverse reactions/allergic reactions to tattoos, and Becerra Tattoos is not responsible for any health issues related to tattoos. Clients must sign a waiver and be transparent about health/skin conditions before the tattoo.

8. Refusal of Service

Isaac reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

9. Governing Law

Any legal disputes must be resolved under the governing law of Washington state.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Becerra Tattoos reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions. Users will be notified of any changes.
